Many restaurants are short staffed. They have take out, outdoor eating and modified dining in. We encourage supporting their efforts with our patronage and patience.

The only way to get to Martha's Vineyard is by ferry or plane.
We are located near the airport, where car rental is available.
There are several ferry lines that passengers may use to get to MV.. However, the only one that has automobile capacity is the Steamship Authority in woods Hole. Advance reservations are required and fill early.
It is now extremely difficult to get a ca reservation. The SSA phone number 508 477 8600. Sometimes it is possible to book a reservation and be put on the waitlist for a day or time that is preferable.
Public transportation on the VTA bus line linking the entire Island is nearby. Car and bike rentals, bus and boat tours, taxis and Uber/Lyft are available.
JADE House Bed and Breakfast is located in West Tisbury, near the Edgartown border, outside of the center of Vineyard towns.
It is in a quiet residential area close to local bus service and the bike path. and is within walking distance of the airport.
Daytime biking is great and there is public transportation.
To get to Martha’s Vineyard’s sights, activities and experience the different towns most people find it best to have a car.
BREAKFAST SERVICE AND PRIVILEGES
We serve healthy homemade, locally sourced breakfasts sensitive to your individual dietary needs.
Snacks, coffee and tea service and cold water bottles are always available in a small refrigerator in the den.
Please note that no outside food may be brought into our home.
Guests do not have kitchen privileges: no access to our refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave or grill.
You are welcome to bring take out food to the deck to eat.
