Our flexible room selection allows you to choose what room or combination of private rooms is right for you. All guests share full access to the first floor den, deck and outside shower and beach equipment. Our West Tisbury bed and breakfast provides homemade, locally sourced breakfast sensitive to your dietary needs.
GRAND ROOM
180/night plus 160/stay cleaning fee
The Grand Room Suite of JADE bed and breakfast includes spacious private rooms with queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, and a full en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. It has a ceiling fan and individual climate control.
QUEEN ROOM
155/night plus 120/stay cleaning fee
The Queen Room of JADE bed and breakfast is a private room with one queen bed with memory foam mattress, a lovely view with morning sun, a fan to augment sea breeze and individual climate control. The full hall bathroom is shared with the guests in the Twin Room.
TWIN ROOM
170/night plus 145/stay setup & cleaning fee
The sunny Twin Room is a private room with two twin beds (convertible into a king) and a trundle bed, set up according to your needs. It has a fan and individual climate control. Shares a full bathroom with Queen Room guests.
GUEST SUITE private rooms
500/night plus 275/stay cleaning fee
Perfect for friends/family to share, the JADE bed and breakfast Suite has 3 private rooms & 2 baths. The Grand Room has a memory foam queen bed, ensuite bathroom and whirlpool. The Queen Room has a memory foam queen bed and shares the hall bathroom with the Twin Room, which has 2 twin beds and a trundle.
